Late on Friday June 6th, the PA Supreme Court issued an order remanding Mumia's PCRA petition back to the trial court (SABO's Court!) to hear the testimony of Pamela Jenkins. This means that the case will go back to the trial court level to take Ms. Jenkins' testimony. The tentative date for this hearing is June 26.
Express your outrage that Judge Albert Sabo could be allowed to rule on this crucial evidence. Sabo is orchestrating this lynching, and the PA Supreme Court is sanctioning it. With the Anti Terrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996, state court judge's rulings (Sabo's rulings) are "presumed correct" by federal courts.

1) Sabo Must Go. The Pennsylvania Court Administrator recommends every 30 days that Sabo continue hearing cases. Demand they revoke Sabo's license to kill poor people and people of color. Albert Sabo still sits on 21 other death row cases in Pennsylvania. His continued presence on the bench is a travesty of justice.
